Trying to find a therapist? Going through a major life change? Just feeling a bit off but are unsure if therapy is for you? Book a slot to talk through it with a trained therapist* and see if therapy is right for you. Therapy sessions will be held in private rooms.Â
After your session: All of our therapists are taking on new clients. If it feels like you and your therapist are a good fit, you'll be able to exchange information to keep the relationship going.
Decide therapy isn't right for you or want to keep looking? That's fine! There's no obligation at all. Â
*most of our available therapists are out-of-network providers*Â

"I had been curious about therapy, but it was hard to take the first step. The Pop Up helped me get started, and solidified my belief that mental health is fundamental to my well being: it’s something that I should monitor and work on, and it’s okay to get help. The space made me feel very welcome and eased the anxiety I felt for trying therapy for the first time."
After personally struggling to find a therapist, and craving a dedicated space to ease my mind that wasn’t a packed yoga studio, cafe, or my own home, I decided to host this mental health pop up in SF and NYC.
Unlike physical health, mental health can be hard to talk about and undetectable by ourselves, peers, and colleagues. I hope to make it easier for everyone facing daily challenges (who isn’t?) to ease their mind in a modern, approachable environment and find out if therapy is right for them.Â
